We cut and process any of our metals to your exact specifications and still deliver next-day.
Shearing
We have a guillotine on-site and offer next day delivery of cut metal sheet, up to 3 meters in length. We can cut stainless steel up to 3mm thick and aluminium up to 6mm thick.
Thicker profiles can be sawn, plasma cut, laser cut or water cut to your requirements. Give us a call on 01992 536000 to tell us what you need.
Bar cutting
Our automatic twin pillar bandsaws cut up to 10” diameter with accurate parallel cutting.
We’ll happily cut 1-offs or multiples — no job is too big or too small.
Sawn aluminium plate
We can saw aluminium plate from 6mm upwards in squares, rectangles or circles.
Profiled plates can be band-sawn, water jet cut or laser cut depending upon your needs.
We cut any quantities, from large bulk orders to single one-off jobs.
Polishing
We offer additional polishing of all bars, tubes and sheet that we stock. Depending upon the desired effect, we can offer a mirror, satin or engine-turned finish. Get in touch to discuss your requirements further.
